Daycare Trust and Westminster Briefing

19 September (London), 19 October (Manchester)

Daycare Trust, in partnership with Westminster Briefing, is organising a policy and practice briefing. This event will allow you to engage with Ofsted and other key experts, in understanding the new EYFS framework and how it will be inspected and regulated. Examining the new arrangements you will participate in a number of interactive sessions, with case study examples focusing on how the arrangements will work and what this will mean for you and your setting.

The Context:

Ofsted will publish the new framework for the inspection and regulation of Early Years providers in June. The new arrangements will take effect from September, in line with changes to the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

The Issues:

This conference will allow participants to examine the implications for them and their setting. Giving attendees a clear understanding of the new arrangements, timetable and implications, key issues to be addressed will include:

Who Should Attend:

Delegates will be drawn from across the education and children’s services’ sectors, including representatives from local authorities, early years settings, primary & infant schools, the voluntary sector and private providers, children’s centre staff and child minders, training providers, and professional associations.
