Childcare Charter campaign toolkit

Childcare Charter logo

Thank you for taking the time to get involved with Daycare Trust's campaign to make childcare a priority issue in the next parliament.

We know that it is practical support, through increasing the free childcare entitlement, making childcare more affordable to parents, expanding flexible working, and improving access to childcare provision that makes a real difference to families. With your help, we can ensure MPs throughout the country realise this too, and are committed to taking forward childcare issues as a priority in the new parliament.

You can help in the following ways:

  1. Write to your MP and ask them to support Daycare Trust's Childcare Charter - Our model letter available for you to use to do this.
  2. Share your childcare experiences and become a Daycare Trust parent spokesperson by joining our Parent Panel.
  3. Help Daycare Trust make the voices of parents and carers even louder.
    • Become a fan of ‘Daycare Trust - the national childcare campaign' on facebook.
    • Follow us on twitter, @daycaretrust.
