Issue 24 - September 2006

Please note: On page 2 of this issue we provide information about the amount of free provision for the early years education places for three- and four-year-olds rising to 15 hours per week from 12.5 hours per week from April 2007. From this date a small number of pathfinder pilot areas, selected by the Government, will begin to roll out the increased provision. This will be achieved in other local authority areas by 2010.
