Payment must be received in full no later than two weeks prior to the course delivery date. If you are booking for several courses, payment must be received before the date of the first course. You may send a cheque payable to ‘Daycare Trust' or pay by BACS. We will send you a VAT invoice on receipt of your booking form. All fees stated are subject to the current rate of VAT. Please quote purchase order numbers where applicable.
Fees for open training include refreshments and course materials; travel and accommodation are not included.
Fees for in-house training include course materials and trainer's travel and incidental expenses. Venue, refreshments and trainer's overnight accommodation (where required) are not included.
Open training: We will send you written confirmation by email on receipt of your booking. Please contact our training administrator if you have not received confirmation within two weeks.
Approximately two weeks before the course delivery date, we will send out registration details. If you have not received these five days before the course, please telephone our training administrator.
If you did not attend a course, and have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
In-house training: We will send you written confirmation by email on receipt of your booking confirming the date and the trainer who will be delivering the course. Please contact our training officer if you have not received confirmation within two weeks of booking. We will provide you with any requirements for the course and ask for details of the training venue no later than two weeks before the course date.
Customers are responsible for arranging a suitably equipped training room to include a flip chart and pens, a laptop computer, projector and screen, delegate refreshments and any additional equipment the trainer might require.
Cancellations must be received in writing by email to: training@daycaretrust.org.uk. Cancellation charges will be made to cover both Daycare Trust's own administrative costs and our contractual commitments to our expert trainers.

If you have already paid for the course, we will refund any payment due to you.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid. If a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged for an in-house training course, a credit note or refund will be given. In such circumstances, Daycare Trust's liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid to us. Daycare Trust is not liable for any consequential loss.
We can only arrange a transfer once per booking. If a booking is cancelled after transferring, the full course fee will be charged.
Open training: We are happy to accommodate transfers to a different day or course up to two weeks before a course is delivered.
In-house training: Requests to transfer the course date should be made in writing to: training@daycaretrust.org.uk. Requests will be accommodated where possible, but if a transfer is requested less than 2 weeks before the agreed delivery date, an administration fee of £100 will be made.
